Jenny Wendel | Speaker, Writer, Educator
Jenny Wendel is the founder of Known & Becoming, a faith-centered platform created to help women live rooted in truth while courageously growing into who God has called them to be. With a background in education and counseling, Jenny brings both professional insight and lived experience into her teaching. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Education from Arkansas State University and a Master’s degree in School Counseling from University of West Alabama. She has spent nearly two decades working with children and families in educational settings, partnering with teachers, administrators, and parents to support emotional, academic, and spiritual growth.
Beyond her professional career, Jenny has served in ministry roles including worship leadership, women’s ministry, children’s church, and discipleship groups. She has a deep passion for helping women connect Scripture to real life in a way that feels both accessible and transformational.
As a writer and speaker, Jenny is known for her ability to communicate truth with authenticity, warmth, and depth—meeting women right where they are while gently calling them forward in faith.
Her speaking topics often center around:
Identity and being fully known by God
Spiritual growth in everyday life
Parenting with purpose and grace
Healing, resilience, and becoming
Jenny lives in Northeast Arkansas with her husband, Mark, and their blended family of six children. Her life and message are rooted in the belief that God is present in both the ordinary and the transformative—and that every woman is still being shaped with purpose.
