In Episode 2, Jenny introduces the heart behind the podcast—The Anchor Method—a monthly rhythm designed to help you move from simply hearing God’s Word… to being transformed by it.
Rooted in Hebrews 6:19, “We have this hope as an anchor for the soul—firm and secure,” this framework is built to help you stay grounded in truth, even in seasons that feel uncertain or overwhelming.
Each month, we focus on one Anchor Word, explored through four intentional lenses:

What does God actually say in Scripture? We slow down and study truth—free from assumptions, culture, or feelings.
🪞 Week Two — The Mirror
What does this truth reveal in me? This is where we get honest about our beliefs, struggles, and areas where God is inviting deeper healing and surrender.
🍞 Week Three — The Table
How does this truth shape the way I love others? We bring our faith into everyday life—our homes, our relationships, and our responses.
🌱 Week Four — Becoming
What step will I take now? Transformation happens through obedience—one faithful step at a time.
