Have You Lost Your Faith? | Remembering Who God Is
Have you ever felt like you lost your faith?
There are seasons when trusting God feels natural—and others when our circumstances make us question things we thought we already knew. But what if those moments aren’t always evidence that our faith is gone? What if they are an invitation to remember?
Throughout Scripture, God’s people marked significant encounters with Him. Abraham built an altar after receiving God’s promise. Noah worshiped after coming safely through the flood. And after God stopped the waters of the Jordan, twelve stones became a memorial for Israel—a story they could return to and tell their children about what God had done.
In the final episode of our FAITH series, we’re talking about remembering God when faith feels weak.
Because sometimes we find ourselves in a place where all we can say is:
I don’t know what God is going to do here.
I don’t have a stone for this yet.
But I have stones behind me.
And even more importantly, I have Scripture telling me who He is.
Their story isn’t our story. But their God is our God.
When our faith feels weak, we don’t necessarily need God to prove Himself to us again. Sometimes we need to remember what He has already revealed about Himself.
